Healthy life is not concerning mainly on food or diet, but it concern with every aspect of our life. Our habit, our food, and our lifestyle could be turn into a healthy life. Diet is paying a close attention to what we eat. Calories, carbs, fat, cholesterol and others need to be calculated during our meals. It might bother for some people to actually count their calories but it is the right thing to do. Otherwise, you could start create a package of meals which is already counted for. Or you might go to your nutritionist and ask him to listed meals that are appropriate for you.

Other than that you could try to balance your nutrition intake. Drinking more water each day, eating more greens and reducing your consumption of meat could be one way to start a good diet. But of course, a diet would mean nothing if not accompanied by doing some exercise to burn excess fat. We have different metabolism and it might lead to different manner in absorbing our nutrition. Some have a slow metabolism and other has fast metabolism. Fast metabolism burn energy faster and make people feel hungry in short interval. They need to eat something in order to burn their energy. This make them tend to snacking between meal times. Slow metabolism burn energy slower than the counterparts.

People with slow metabolism should exercise more in order to increase their metabolism otherwise all nutrition coming into their body would merge and make them suffer for obesity. Healthy diet should consider all those things other than what kind of food we should eat. All in all, a good healthy diet should bring us to a more healthy life.
